Spectate Mode Ideas

Hey guys, not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but I've been mulling this over for a while. I'm sure this isn't a particularly new idea but it would be nice if it was given some consideration.

Problem: I spectate a lot of games, but the five random high elo games that you get in the current UI is pretty unsatisfactory. Say you want to watch a game with (insert champion you're learning) you have two choices: wait until a random game comes up with that champion in it, or use a third party like opgg or lolking.

Solution: Insert a table interface into the Spectate window, or another tab with a table similar to the one on lolking replays that allows you to select the champion, minimum elo, or summoner who mains him and brings up a list of active games that you can spectate. If for whatever reason a summoner doesn't want to be specced, he can check a box on his options excluding him from the table results.

Another plus of the 'alternate tab' option is that the spectate mode is always available on the UI and doesn't get blocked when you guys put something there for a new promotion.
