People going afk and or losing internet connection after the remake option

To me this is a huge problem with this game. The time it takes to make a draft game can be extensive. Dont you agree? Your trying to get that S or token for the next mastery level, you have time for just one more game and there it is , a summoner has quit or disconnected, over and over again... I am constantly reporting these afk people,, to me they ruin they enjoyment factor of the game.. Yet i feel that it is in vain. Very seldom do i see a report back on these dodgers or toasters.
