What happens to Ranked Teams now?

While I personally enjoy Dynamic Queue, i do miss the feeling of Team Ranked, since you had a uniform elo in a team with your mates. Wil there be an option to play with the team or will they stay in this useless state as they are now?

PS: How will the teams for the Challenger Series qualify if there are no Team Rankeds ?
