Missing borders

Hello. I have a problem. When i am in loading screen (http://iv.pl/images/26647097219537541309.jpg ) i dont ve ANY borders. Im not here because "omg i was in silver 5 but i dont ve silver border wtf omg" I just want to know what happened to me and how i can fix it. If it is important i was S4 silver and S5 gold mb it can help you but i dont think so. I am using window mode 1024x768 and i tried to edit it but it don't change anything I wasnt banned i just had leavebuster. P.S. If u dont understand something ask me cuz my english is just bad.
