Reason for Support?

Does anyone know what triggers riot support to assume that your account was bought lol? Does it make sense for you to have an account for over two years and right as you start spending money on it, they ban you and ask for the information on the account, you give it and then they still won't unban? Is it possible for others to claim that your account was sold? I was in contact with a support and I don't even know why this was an issue as he won't state and now he is ignoring me. My account was not even level 30. But beware, apparently it's possible for others to ban you using this method and riot has scammed me over $300 and now won't respond when I'm asking for refunds. Makes sense to buy an account on the day it was created when you have money to buy a million? Right? Because that is their logic. They will probably delete this but don't waste your money on this game since you can get banned for absolutely no reason and without reason that is. P.S. Riot support system is full of immature people as far as I'm concerned. Instead of giving definite answers, they choose to ignore instead.
