[Champion Select] I shouldn't be punished when I'm not the one trolling

So, I had to dodge two games in the last 24 hours to ensure I wouldn't get a troll on my team. And no, by "troll" I don't mean someone who called mid and picked Ashe. I wouldn't even mind about it to be honest. What I mean by "troll" is someone who instalocks a champion, calls a position that doesn't fit and says he will feed/troll/AFK. Riot, you can work on your "gameplay and balance" all you want, but if we can't even get into a game it's useless/pointless.

Make it so we can votekick or votedodge or I don't know. I understand there could be consequences in ranked but I'm sure you guys are smart enough to design something that would work out. SO many topics covered this already and it's still as bad as ever.

Actually I just realized. You guys are working so hard on new champions, new items, new build paths, new skins, etc. But what about the runes system? Meh. What about champion select? Meh.

Where are the teams working for these? They got fired or something? I know I sound arrogant and all, but really I'm not. I just don't understand how such core problems still exist now. I get that they're not easy to deal with, but that should be one more reason to focus on them instead of letting them be.

People that trolls in champion select should receive punishment and more over, I shouldn't be punished when I'm not the one trolling.
