How is ranked this fucking broken?

I'm 13-11 in ranked so far and gaining 15 LP per win. I won 7 in a row to get to my series and it actually doesnt make sense as to why I'm gaining so little LP. I was p3 last season and got placed p4. My MMR is not fucked up, I'm rightfully in plat 4, but now I'm getting shit for LP and it's making it impossible to climb. My first win gave me 22 LP and suddenly it dropped to 12 LP. a TEN LP drop is not me playing poorly, its the game being broken. would be nice to get a response from riot that makes sense.
