Scripted IP Bots are taking away from the game.

I've been in multiple games now where a player will simply run down mid and attack whatever. They'll buy minimal items and continue the same pattern. They don't speak, or respond and continually path to the exact same spots. At first I thought they were just trolls, however there have been more and more people claiming that these characters are IP bots. I googled "league of legends ip bot" and the FIRST thing that popped up was a sorakka bot script site. Needless to say, there are a TON of sites with bot scripts. I don't know if riot has been directly informed about this issue, or simply haven't gotten around to it, but me having to be penalized for dodging because I end up BACK in a game with an IP bot I'd JUST reported is unfair. I know scripts are weird to deal with because it's hard to tell if actions taken in game are made by scripts or mouse clicks (which is how scripting works by design) but this issue will have to be dealt with. Hopefully sooner than later.
