Playing LoL in Japan

I'm leaving for Japan in a few days and I was wondering on which server is the best for playing LoL there. I hope somebody has an answer for me!

I would assume Korean server, but from what I hear you need a Korean ssn. Maybe Oceanic. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about this will help.
