Bans and Restrictions

Can anyone tell me why I am getting chat restricted and reported for things I have not done? Is Riot purposely letting accounts get banned so they can make money off players creating new accounts? I have half a mind to find out if that is the case....because if so someone could easily have a class action lawsuit against them.

I just made an account and already am chat restricted, only thing...I almost NEVER talk in chat. It seems like anytime there is a troll or toxic player that gets reported they end up reporting good players also who end up getting the same punishment that befalls them. I can tell you this, ive already spent some money getting champs and what have you. How does this make any sense at all unless Riot has purposefully made a system to make profit. In that chase I could see someone winning an easy class action against them.
