Looking for someone to get me out of Bronze

I just can't solo queue my way out of B1. I've run out of patience with this league. So many slow people are in Bronze... what makes it worse is I get teamed up with people who are B4 and below.. ON A LOSING STREAK. But get teamed up against B1-S2

btw I know when I make mistakes just looking for a duo to get me to my promos
