So i received my icon like a few days ago, but i already own riot kayle so i need to receive a mystery skin from riot, and i haven't received one yet. I already sent a ticket but i got no response yet.
Be patient. The two rewards are being sent in separate waves so you probably won't receive them at the same time. Distribution continues until the 23rd, please wait to submit any ticket for missing rewards until after that. It also can take a few days for ticket replies based on their backlog.
lets just ignore that post a rioter made about separating gifts and make a one arguing about not getting a mystery gift
