shrug, Buy more RP or wait till she gets a price reduction (which should be the champion after next...so...like...a few months from now?)
Riot usually gives player a 1 time rp gift if you are a few short. Not sure how you get their attention though.
I think (not 100% positive don't hold me to it) if you are just a few RP shy of buying something you can write a ticket to Riot Support or something and they will give you the RP you need although I think it's a one time thing.

I think it would be easiest just to buy a 5 dollar pack and spend the rest on a mystery skin (maybe you'll get popstar ahri or something)
