Vi, Rengar or Nocturne

I am a jungle main and i love playing jarvan jungle, if i was to expand my champion pool, who should i get in your opinion? Vi, Rengar or nocturne? Please leave your reasoning, Thanks!

Vi is banned very often right now, but is very powerful. Rengar is amazing if you can get good with him, and personally i dont like Nocturne.

I don't jungle often but I really love playing Sejuani jungle when I get the chance, I understand she isn't on your list but I high;y recommend playing her.
