Lunar Revel Question

So the lunar revel is coming up, and I was curious. I really want warring kingdoms tryndamere, but it is legacy. I see that there has already been two lunar revels. So do the past lunar revel skins become reavailable during following lunar revels (similar to the Harrowing)?

It should work like that, thats how it works for the harrowing, Christmas, championship, valentines day, new years, ect.
