So today I was happening to open a box after obtaining my third key fragment and well a Riven skin shard came up. I did notice that I had 3 skin shards and decided to go ahead and re roll them. Expecting some skin for a some champ I hardly play. I was quite shocked when I was given Hex-tech Annie as a re roll skin. Didn't even know this was possible.
She is a rare skin in the hexcrafting but yes it is possible.

My luck goes like this - I bought Mecha Sion when he first came out and did some games with friends and got a chest for one of their S's and.... Mecha Sion Shard... and of course I used my refunds in the last 3+ years of gameplay.
Guess I'll disenchant it with my Pulsefire Ez and DJ Sona.... -.-
