@RiotLyte, Random Chat Restriction?

I'm sorry for making an annoying post like this, but I'm a pretty positive player. It's only 5 games, I just really want to know what's going on. The last few games I've played have been with a ranked team, where no one typed. Can I get some info on this chat restriction? Thanks, Fin
