33% forever
Client has been at 33% for the last ~20 minutes. Over 2,800 files have been "scanned" but it still says 33%. Happens quite often. Suggestions?

They had the 33% problem in 2012, now it is almost June 2015 and it is still not fixed. What are the developers doing all day?
