Even if it were a "legacy skin", Riot could easily bring it back with a sale, or through mystery gift.

But if it makes you feel better, you can't buy it in shop (right now, at this very second).

it is a legacy skin and will more than likely come back when the next season starts since i believe that theme skin is to start off the season!
