does the report system work?

Sorry for the bad typing. I don't think the report system even works. I feel really sad that every rank game I play end about the same way. A/some 1 in champ select says top or feed or something to that nature then if don't get top call duo top. B/we lose the game in lane phase by like 15to 4 or something. C/a know it all player starts raging at the team and spend more time typing than trying to win. I can go on but I don't even think anyone is going to read this. is there a way to find out if action is being taken to people that get reported or is it just a lie. this company make hand over fist money and says they do things to better the community. start dropping some ban on these racist inmature childish people in ranked games that keep people who try to win stuck in low elo. I am not saying I have never raged at a player or did bad in a game but I feel like I cant get any better playing in this low rank. imo I feel im better than the place I am my promos went horrid do to said things above. ty for letting me vent I am super tilt atm and feel like the report system is a lie. gl next game and hope its a game not a waste of your time
