Working in Riot Team

If there is any chance that any support can give me any feedback about this would be great .. its about hiring in Riot team .. Riot need to hire from time to another ?? And if so what kind of jobs do they need I have been playing League for like two years or little more .. i know its not a big thing there are players almost since season 1 and 2 and still playing league Even so i am not a high rank player .. but i have learned alot about the game cause i like the game generally and the idea that Riot keep developing on and on .. from time to another so if there will be any chance even by Training or volunteering just to help this game being bigger and better let me know .. it would such be a great honor to be a part of this big Family
