Please Help

Please tell me how it is fair to be placed with trolls in game? I just had a poppy support (while I was Caitlyn) dance by turret, feed and then sit in base the entire time. Why? "Because I picked fill and got support therefore I'm just going to troll this entire game." There have been other times in which I have had intentional feeders in my attempt to climb out of Bronze. Anyone have any tips or is anyone willing to help me not be alone in this fight?
