I'm very disappointed with Riot

I emailed Riot about a month ago about a summoner who had really gotten to me. They were horrible to the whole team in game, and expressed their hatred more in the post-game lobby. After taking screenshots of what they were saying, and me messaging them after, I sent them to Riot at "[email protected]". After waiting since January 11th, I've come to terms that they won't respond.

We need to get rid of the Tribunal, because it's corrupt and ineffective. Riot, you need to step your f***ing game up, pardon my language. This toxic community has been getting away with way too much... it's honestly sickening. Implement either a paid server for those who are serious about this game and those that they play with, or maybe a monthly fee like with World of Warcraft. Their community, I find, is superior to League's in every way. They play to have fun (most at least), and making people pay every month would rid this community of those who aren't into this game at all (Trolls, toxies, etc.).

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had a terrible experience with this game and has come close to not playing it ever again. Hell, there are those who actually stop completely because of how they are treated by fellow summoners.

If you see this and agree with me, well, may I meet you on the Rift one day my friend. Those of you who go so far as to bash me for my feelings regarding this, I pity you and hope you change. Yet, I would still like to play with you because I love this game for what it is.
