I'm scared

So I just got out of a ranked game on a smurf account. At the end of the game, my lane opponent said to me "i hate how you beat me... oreowannabe"

I was like WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?

I made a post about a day ago talking about trolls in silver, where I did mention the name of the account. But 62 views? Probably about 10 from me? I doubt he saw it. Anyways I want to know if there is any way to figure out someones smurfs the way this guy did, Or if it was probably my post.
