Build Good Streaming Desktop

Hi, I'm a real noob at building a desktop from scratch, I would really appreciate some help. I have 1000 dollars, and i can go a little up or down from there. I want to build a desktop that can stream league and can have 60 fps WHILE STREAMING. Without I would expect around 100+. I also want to be able to record my games and then use video editing software, so my friend said i7. I don't care about the case, but also think about a proper cooling system for heavy gaming. It needs to have at least 2 hdmi ports and a few usb ports. Also bluetooth capable would be nice as well. All this I would really appreciate if someone gave me a full build around 1000 dollars. Thank you!!!

Your computer doesn't have to be "top of the line or top shelf" to do that... You might want to look into "Frag boxes" or mIni pc if you want to go to a friends house or along those lines. AMD although the quality is not the best they are still damn good processor units.

In honestly i think the frag box a good one will be about 600-1000 bucks and also do everything you need.

you dont need an i7 for that

i5-4670k will do the same thing for cheaper and you won't even notice a difference get yourself a graphics card from last year as well, only need about 8gb RAM. I recommend Nvidia Geforce make sure you get a decent fan and about 500w power source

you can probably save yourself about 200 dollars that way. about 800 dollars I'd expect, which leaves you money to buy a nice monitor or keyoard/mouse setup :)
