I'm done, I'm quitting the game due to severe LeaveBuster penalty.
I'm not sure if this is the right board to post at. I'm not here to whine, but to share with you the reason I'm quitting the game. Now, I'm a Bronze V player that you will never hear of, but a rather adult who doesn't have much time to play, anyway, this is my rage quit letter to RIOT support:
I'm a 25 years old man who works whenever there is a chance to play. With wife and babe spending a couple hours in the game is time worth a lot.
In one match I had to go AFK for about 5 minutes, because my wife asked me to care after the baby while she went to the bathroom. You know I can't say no. When I came back I logged back into the game (because I was disconnected) and we won the game.
So I was playing as usual, then 4 games after (Still under the punishment of 5 long minutes queue) I was playing, my team was winning, then the electricity went off due to heavy rainning; I could relog after about 6 minutes which is when the electricity came back and so the internet WiFi. I logged in back and we won the game as well!.
To my surprise, once I got into the stats screen, I received more punishment of more games under the long time queue, but also, a 10 minutes time queue.
I feel really disappointed with this system because it should be oriented towards the rage quitters, trolls, and AFKs, but I'm getting punished as well.
I have been a fellow customer to RIOT, buying more than 2,000 USD in Riot Points (you can see my purchase history), but this is really sad for me and being an adult whose time is worth a lot (as of yours), I feel the need to quit the game for good, due to this really hard punishment;
I really don't have this 10 minutes to wait prior entering a match, and I haven't learned anything about good behavior since this are 2 events that happened in the last month that had nothing to do with gameplay or my attitude.
I hope this helps your customer satisfaction statistically data about people quitting the game.
