While I understand your concern, I really think the problem could be the communication with teammates. You should really try telling them how you feel about a decision before any action is performed. But thats my two cents.

I agree 100% on your argument though, if problems persist I guess the only choice you have is to just keep trying, hope this was helpful.

edit: Guys. This is a serious case. He's trying to tell us about his life. In his life, everything just seems like a test. Just one time, he'd like to make a test. He made the test post. But then he realized how horrible it felt to create such a horrid mechanism, and then asked everyone and everything to "please ignore".
