To the Jungler who doesn't like "Wind Drags"
Just because it's the wind drag DOES NOT MEAN YOU LET THEM TAKE IT ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S 3 IM A ROW.

As a top lane main who likes to roam wind dragons give me an incredible boost in my ability to pressure the map. I may use TP every game, but it's a one way trip on a lengthy cooldown. I'm going to have to walk back, or walk there and TP back, which gives my opponent free room to take my tower.
Wind dragon makes it so I can roam mid lane more, recover from teleport ganks easier regardless of their outcome, and allows me to break out of the top lane island while also trapping my opponent there. It makes split pushing safer and saves precious seconds when my team ends up needing me.
Out of combat movement speed doesn't help everyone, but that does not make it useless. I'm really tired of people ignoring it just because they don't like it, or because it doesn't help their champion. You don't have to be a fully coordinated team with a rotation based comp just to get some power from wind dragon, so it would really be nice if certain people would stop acting like that's the only way it's useful.
Don't let them take if for free. But if you can get a tower for it, always take the tower instead.
If your team is behind if your jungler is behind if your carries are low on health if smite is not up if you can gain something else in trade of the Dragon.these are all good reasons to give up the weakest Dragon buff.
