Own Custom Team Emotes

I have a group of friends, we call ourselves TGF, and we of course like to announce it proudly in a flex or norm game when we all queue up. I also know that there are a lot of people who have made mini teams with their friends in league of legends. Maybe someone has asked u guys this b4, u know those mastery emotes of the pro teams when they go to worlds, they win the game or make a good play they flash example the TSM or SKT emote. i was wondering if it was possible to have that in game but customized for the players themselves and each player can only have 1 emote of the team with permission from a player who has the emote. I mean it would be a pretty cool feature in game, to me it brings the community together more, also makes it more competitive because players are fighting for their pride as a team in game. I was also wondering if it was possible, would we be able to pay in RP, because there are players like me who cant pay with credit cards and end up buying riot point cards from a nearby store. I'm only asking this because asking won't hurt and like i said i think it is a pretty cool feature to have. although ik that if this works and players submit their like logo design to u and u guys have to make that into an ingame "emote" it would take a lot of work but i think its also a good way to boost the gameplay of league of legends.
