Riot plz stop insta locks

I was matched with a team in solo queue. I called jungle and these two people joined. One was in the queue before and called jungle after me and insta locked j4. I said "im jg" and copy and pasted the proof. he said "**** that". this next one he did the same thing but a player named PokaDot also did the same thing as him althought I called before them. I said " plz report them I called jg first" but PokaDot said " report olizov and j4" and "they are toxic" when I did NOT say anything rude or mean. plz riot, if u could do anything to stop it, plz do for I was gonna break down.
