A Problem With ARAM.

As a person who plays a lot of aram compared to other game modes, I have been noticing a problem with the queue. That is, on average it seems in aram you will get about 3 queue dodges before a game actually starts. Every once in a while a game might start with no dodge, but it's not uncommon to see dodge 5 or 6 times before a game finally begins.

What I think is happening:

A combination of players dodging for multiple reasons including 1: they don't like the champion they got, 2: they don't like that you get the champion you get, 3: a dodge has a low enough penalty that it can be used as an extra roll, or multiple extra rolls.

Why it's a problem:

ARAM - All Random - It's right in the name, a big part of this game mode is that you're supposed to get a random champion to play, you should not then be able to easily abuse queue dodges to reroll that champion. The game mode is already semi-exploitable by having a low champion pool to start with.

What should be done:

I think the queue dodge penalty needs to be increased for this queue, something like an hour to be exceptionally penalizing for individuals who dodge in this queue to abuse rolls and thus completely degrade the integrity of the game mode. It would also be really cool if for example, every aram match you got something like an additional extra set of champions to increase your pool (maybe how many you get increases dynamically depending on how few you own) - that might also increase people wanting to play aram as a way to test champions they dont own, that one's just an idea, the dodge penalty though definitely needs to be adjusted.
