I always wondered will riot make any champs that are cheaper then the 6300ip? Like will there be more 450 ones or 4800 ones etc. I dont like how i have to grind ip for EVERY new champ. And will we get new simple champions (Like blitz) for less then 6300?

Because new champions take a lot of time to make, even more basic champions. Releasing them at 450, 3150 or even 4800 IP results in more people buying these champions with IP, meaning less money for Riot. Once an X amount of champions get released, older champions get a reduced IP price though.
If you're only missing the new champion then it's not 6,300 IP. Three champion shards are 5,100 IP.
