I always wondered will riot make any champs that are cheaper then the 6300ip? Like will there be more 450 ones or 4800 ones etc. I dont like how i have to grind ip for EVERY new champ. And will we get new simple champions (Like blitz) for less then 6300?

Releasing them at 450, 3150 or even 4800 IP results in more people buying these champions with IP, meaning less money for Riot. Once an X amount of champions get released, older champions get a reduced IP price though.

Pretty sure it's once a new champion is released, another champion is lowered in IP price, sometimes 2, depending.

Well, you can also buy all the champions that are less than 6,300 and then buy 3 champ shards instead to unlock champions if you don't mind unlocking them in a random order. You'll be saving 1,200 IP per champion.
