The Honor Initiative

So...totally random, but I thought it sounded like a good idea. Riot has this whole honor initiative thing which we all know about and never use. (aside from being new to the game and really excited about it for some reason). What if Riot maybe just got rid of it? or what if...what if....they made it more prevalent by making it a follow up screen immediately after the game ends. So right after you win or lose, you are presented with everyone's summoner name and the option to honor or not to honor. Personally, I would rather just see it be gone, but Riot seems to insist that it stay. Why not make it more practical if its something they want to stay? Because honestly I think people just really don't care, or they have totally forgotten it even exists.
