Getting a Team to Work Together

Hi,

I am a relatively new player to LoL (~3 months), but I watch a lot of videos and streams. I play at a pretty low elo (I'm lvl 25) and, no offense, some people I play with aren't the brightest.

In the last game I got annoyed with my team, who was pretty bad (in teamwork), they all got mad at me for being salty. For example, someone would go by themselves to an opponent who was by themselves (obviously a bait because enemies were absent in other lanes), and I pinged for them to fall back. When they died, I said in chat, "omg y did u go in after i pinged 100 times to leave". Don't get me wrong, I am not usually salty or mad at my team, but lately I have realized that I need to get my team to work together. For some teams, this aspect comes naturally, and we usually win. But others, not so much.

So I am asking if there is a way to get your team to work together if they are just a bunch of people who don't group up or anything.
