I Was So Happy... (Rant)

I've been in a rough patch lately, got up to Silver 1 from silver 4, went back down to silver 2, then just been stuck in a small bit of limbo. Skip to yesterday, I was on a 4 game losing streak, called it a night, and went to get my stuff out for work in a couple hours. Then to today, after work and sleep, I decide "Huh, maybe squeeze in a quick ranked." After toiling as Support Thresh for 10 minutes with a Sivir who's missed every spellshield, top Vlad feeding a Teemo (while the teemo is dead), Jungle has 400 ping, and the mid Leblanc is 10/0 against Twisted Fate, I decided to leave the Sivir in the bot lane and roam with the Leblanc. This worked wonders, as she was 18/0 before she died around 20 minutes when I backed. Not long after, the other team surrenders, and I'm quite pleased that I cut my losing streak and actually won a game. However, instead of a results screen, I'm met with "retrieving results, press this button to ignore how fed that Leblanc was." After a minute of this, I skip it, and see that Ranked Queues were disabled. Again. I checked my match history, and it turns out the game didn't even happen, it seems. No LP gain, no Thresh xp, don't even have the players in Recently Played With. Check the client again for any changes about halfway through typing this, and it's even worse than before, http://i.imgur.com/lWNISXt.png Now all queues are gone. I'm just sitting here wondering what's going on over at Riot.
