it cant be and there shit bat crazy players worse shit riot says you have to mute ad waste your life on a lost game most players are to worked up to win at that point
Junglers are not without blame. If you ganking can save a lane and you don't then yeah that's on you.

Its not so much ganking as it is needed to create lane presure. If you see some one low on their side scare them off lane or kill them. IT helps more then you think. It allows them to push the wave and regain exp and catch up. If they are doing poorly in lane as they are constantly pushed they are losing alot of cs thats why you need to help.
The key to being a great jungler is recognizing you control most of the match by adjusting these tiny things
