Janna Q not responding to first 1-3 key presses

I hear the click sound of key nothing happens. nothing happens. Tornado finally decides to cast! Sometimes it just auto casts the tornado after using it do so its like i suddenly double tapped Q (QQ for tornado throw)

Please fix! unless its just your laggy servers and its packet loss thats ruining me. But Idk its hard to tell! :D
