Patching files not stopping. 33% (Patch 6.4)

So, i was going to download the new patch and it got stuck at 99% so I closed LoL and started it again. Every other time I tried this it worked but this time it got stuck at 33% and wouldn't stop patching files. I tried to force a re-patch but it just downloaded the files and got stuck at 33% again. This is also not the first time this has happened and it's really annoying. Anyone know a fix to this?
