Champ Select Issues

Hey, Riot. I was wondering if it would be possible to consider removing the "x out" feature once you're in champ select, as not only is it unnecessary, but also causes stressful issues with having to repeatedly be put into the queue lobby when people decide they're not satisfied with the roles they receive (sometimes up to 4 times in a row). Another issue I'd like to bring up is the "lock in" feature. I would just like to be reminded why that is a feature to begin with? Please and thank you.
