Everyone has at least one. There is that champion that as soon as the other team locks him/her you let out a sigh and wish someone would dodge
Personally I cannot stand Corki. From his skillset to the sounds that he makes, I absolutely hate seeing him in lane.

i cringe when i see a teemo,gangplank, or karthus.
hands down. I hate him through and through. Yea I can dodge his grabs, but the feeling of having to be ever watchful and standing on whatever side of minions he isn't on just drives me nuts. 
I have no problem with, I can atleast fight back when I get hooked by thresh, but Blitz, there seems to be nothing I can do other than hope I survive through the knockup and ult, plus whatever other team mates he happens to have.
I would have to say Fiora or Volibear, but only if they are on the enemy team. They both do their job well, but it hardly leads to a fun laning experience.
Twitch, Simply cause every time i get one, they Go BOTRK and then ghostblade first, Then at the 20 minute mark wonder why they have no Damage and die in fights when the enemy teams adc. has Phantom and Blood Thirster.
i understand AS is important. and Ghostblade is currently WTF powerful on a ADC, but seriously at least ghostblade and then blood Thirster if you want to go that route so you have at least some kind of damage when the fight starts.
His abilities are almost instantaneous, the cc lasts fucking forever, and you can't deal damage to him. Hate that champ and everything about him.
