Repair Client is a Lie

So I logged in and saw that Pantheon was unusable. So I immediately went and used the repair client function of my client. After hours of terrible waiting it is finally finished. I logged in just to find out that pantheon is still broken. Whats going on here? Not to mention all the champions aren't balanced either, Kassadin is still op as shit and Quinn is still in a sad place. What did I do wrong? When I hit repair client I expect things to be fixed.... not ignored!!!!!!!!
