Specific roles for Play Queue

I have heard of and noticed an issue that can make ones game play not as enjoyable and I think I have a solution. Problem- In normal and sometimes ranked/Draft, when you enter a game everyone has their own specific roles they like to play, in normal I find a lot of times entering a game and summoners calling Top or Adc is not enough. Summoners will instant lock and you end up with 3 Adc and 2 junglers.

Solution- implementing a way that when you queue for a game, it gives an option to select a specific role, or roles you would like to enter with, if you can play support and mid lane, then you will enter a game with people who can cover other roles, that way there is more of a team aspect, it will not eliminate some people from selecting champions that may not fit the meta or also playing a position you wanted but it will decrease the amount of issues with having so many poorly picked teams. I understand this will increase search times but the more roles one learns the easier finding a game will be.
