[Skin idea ] Zombie Draven

With the departing of Summer finally and a more subtle season of Fall, now comes Halloween soon. As it may be a bit early I figured that I would throw an idea out there. Zombie Draven. Yes, everyone loves Draven regardless of how OP his original passive was before his nerf, but that doesn't matter everyone plays him just to play. I thought this idea would be inspired by other champions like Zombie Brand and Zombie Ryze, except Zombie Draven of course is a more dead like character ( obviously ), but instead of throwing axes he throws arms and catches them. Of course that is a spin off of his Q [ no pun intended ]. Anyway I'd like to suggest this idea as there is not very many holiday ADC champions besides Ezreal. So anyone want to elaborate on this idea?
