Why cant Graves have a cigar?

If Graves cant have a cigar then remove everything inappropriate because having a cigar is like seeing someone in public smoking a cigarette and that just everyday life. It gives Graves his own personality. Nocturn's personality makes him that nightmare of a guy. And you should take away Gragas's wine and replace it with water. And im pretty sure that being drunk is worse than smoking (if you get too addicted to drinking you could drink while driving.) All im trying to say is you guys shouldent have taken away Graves have his cigar.
