About the Behavioral Punishments.

I think Riot is going all wrong at the behavior punishment. See, what they're trying to do is remove the after effects of something more important. Yes, being toxic, screaming, insulting your teammates is pretty bad it's terrible really. But has the team come up with a way to find out WHY these people do this? I mean, you're basically following how jails operate. Find the source of the problem. Because I guarantee you nine times out of ten, a person becomes toxic after someone else AFKs, feeds, or taunts that person by instigating negative emotions sometimes without even having to talk. Simply by ruining a game experience. Remove those, and find them and you remove a lot of stress from other players. There won't be a reason for anger. At least that's from personal experience.
