One of Sivir's 
jokes are "Cut purse? No. Cut throat? Yes." and TF's 
skin is called "Cutpurse Twisted Fate", which I'm guessing is supposed to cut throat. I looked around to see if there was any connection between them both and I couldn't find anything. Was this intended, or not?
Firstly, Riot has stated before that skins and lore/quotations are no corelative to each other, and that skins are not canon to any connected lore of the champions. Secondly, Cutpurse TF came AFTER the Sivir rework, so I can't imagine there would be a connection. If there was, it would be within the skin dev team, possibly a joke made and it stuck, but unlikely.
