Leaver Buster Wait Times Concern

(Please ignore the horribly made poll below) Hello everyone I'm NecroFeelYaAzz, I am currently Silver 5 and have been playing League for about 4 years now. I'd like to discuss an issue that I am having with the Leaver Buster AFK penalties. I along with everyone I've mentioned this to find that the wait time for Low Priority matches is a bit of an extreme given certain circumstances, I understand that everyone is fully responsible for what happens on their account and I realize there are people who AFK rage/troll and those people should get punished but let me give you an example of why I find this to be an issue. I recently just had to go AFK in a normal due to a power outage on my block, please keep in mind that I haven't had to AFK for a month or two (I have connection issues here and there but nothing for more than 5 minutes), I logged back on and got a notification saying that I've been placed into low priority for 5 matches, I checked the waiting time and it was 20 minutes. I'd like to make myself clear, this post is not an excuse, I am not trying to say that I want to be taken out of Low Priority because it's not my fault, I sincerely feel as if the time span of getting this penalty and the waiting times are over the top. I would understand having the time of the 5 queues be 10 minutes each instead of 20 for going AFK 3 times in one month instead of 2 times. Personally I find these penalties to be fair, 3 strikes and you're out. I'm making this post out of concern for my own enjoyment of the game along with the many other summoners who have been affected and feel that the Leaver Buster system is too strict, I hope that my ideas are considered in future patches (having to leave 3 matches instead of 2 in the span of 30 days and getting shorter wait times, such as 10 minutes instead of 20).
