Low MMR Problems

Ok, so I'm plat 5 and currently have bad MMR (gold 5-3) level. I play jungle and I am constantly carrying games but I get about 10-15 lp per win, but I lose 20-25 lp per loss. I calculated and at this rate if I have 70% win ratio it will take me 35 games to get from plat 5 to plat 4. I think this is just ridiculous. Maybe in season 6 Riot could do something to fix people who are stuck in with MMR lower than their rank.
