Bots popping up more frequently in League of Legends

Well, I've started playing League more; and for whatever reason there's Bots (Computers playing for players) in game; while normally this is kind of hard to spot I KNOW for a fact these are bots because of a few key features that they all share.

1. They immediately lock in and don't communicate at all with the team. (Not even pings.)
2. When they play they always pick a default lane. (Mid for Summoners Rift and bottom for Twisted Treeline)
3. They will rarely use abilities and will either facecheck the turrets and die, or will stand there attempting to clear minions and will die to enemy champions. I've had these in Co OP AI; and I've had them in Twisted Treeline.

I like to play a game for fun; and enjoyment but this kind of thing? It's just totally destroying everything that I had initially enjoyed about League. I'll continue playing and reporting said bots but it's really making the games a lot less fun on the whole.
