Loss Prevented for AFK

Hello. Just a suggestion/ question. I'm sure many of us have faced afks in their team once in their lol career. Some intentional, some unintentional. What I want to know is if one of ur teammates doesn't even connect to the game from the START of the game and doesn't show up, why can't we make that loss prevented since it is 4v5 from going in.

This is simply too easy to abuse. The idea has been brought up over and over for a long time. Not only would it be easy to abuse (players could simply disconnect from the internet or kill League in the task manager), it doesn't do anything to prevent the situation in the first place. Riot would much rather focus on eliminating AFKs in the first place.
